Re-match with Minny goes in favor of the Bulls. Minny starts their stretch of being without star Kevin Love, out with a fractured hand for at least 6 weeks. Bulls look to be building chemistry and getting more comfortable playing together. Luol Deng, Carlos Boozer, Rip Hamilton and Taj Gibson all scored in double figures. Noah was a rebounding machine grabbing SIX offensive boards and Nazr continues to provide competent SOLID play from the 5 spot. 6 pts 4 rebounds and 2 blocks in just over 15 minutes. I’ll take it. Butler and Nate also chipped in 6 each. Just well balanced scoring and units playing more cohesively as we approach the season opener on Halloween. Something to build on for sure!
Taj is also a monster on the block. “Hard hat, lunch pail” player as @Sky21King likes to say. Check out his monster dunk, in traffic last night.

I am loving what I am seeing from my #Bulls tonight. Gibson is a beast!

Lu has been described as “easing” into the preseason, which I’d say is accurate, aside from the opener…

Bulls rolling past the Timberwolves after 1st half. Boozer is playing the best game of his preseason. 18 points on 8/10 shooting.

Bulls clash with OKC at the United Center on Tuesday, Oct. 23rd. KD and Russ didn’t make the trip to Chicago during last years brutal lockout schedule so its been a while. Game is airing on NBA TV so it will be blacked out for Chicagoans. Alternative programming will be on Comcast Sportsnet at 7P CST. I have yet ANOTHER industry event to attend Tuesday evening so I unfortunately won’t be in-game tweeting #OKCvsCHI…
Take care til’ next time Bulls fans!
